Fax Mail

 

Receive Fax documents like they were voice messages.  When a Fax is sent to an AVC mailbox, it is stored as such and available for printing at a later date.  You can have these messages sent directly to a specified number  or print them whenever you are ready.

Company Greeting

Sometimes callers just want to hear when you are opened.  Now they can do this by simply entering your voice mail menu and selecting the appropriate option.

Dial By Name

 

AVC can also establish a Dial By Name option off of your voice mail menu.  Callers will be prompted to spell a subscribers last name however they only need to enter the first couple digits.  Once the system realizes who they are looking for it will direct them to the appropriate mailbox.

Information Centers

 

Have you ever needed a way to disperse routine information to numerous callers?  If so then the Information Center Mailbox is for you.  You can establish Information Center Mailboxes off of your voice mail menu or we will supply a separate toll free number for customers to call.

Outcalling

 

As with Paging, Outcalling is another important way for the system to reach you whenever there is a new message.  You can have the system call your mobile phone and play your messages to you automatically.

Email Notification

 

AVC has recently launched the ability to notify a user of new messages through email.  This service can be established to send a new email only when you have no unheard messages in your inbox and you receive a new message or any time you receive a new message.

One of the most important things a company can do is offer exceptional customer service.  In order to do this you need to immediately know when a customer needs a response.  With AVC you can have the system page you whenever there is a new message left in your mailbox.

Usage Charges

  • Toll Free Usage

    • Toll Free Usage charge is billed in exact seconds after the first 30 seconds of the call. 

    • Toll free usage is billed whenever a caller is connected to one of the toll free lines AVC supplies.

    • $0.09 per minute

  •  System Connect Time (Rhode Island Customers)

    • RI customers may elect to also have a RI local access number in addition to a toll free number.  This way they can advertise the local number in RI and not get charged any usage for it.  The fee for a local access number is 6.95 per month.

  •  Fax Transmission

    • $0.10 per page

  • Outcall and Paging

    • $.09 per minute

Setup Fee

  • This is a one time fee that covers the entire account creation.  AVC will custom record the voice mail menu for free.  This fee also covers unlimited telephone technical support for both customer service issues as well as technical concerns.

  • $25.00 one time fee

What are my payment options?

 

In order to activate your account, AVC requires the first month's rent and Setup Fee to be paid in advance.  You can either call AVC and we will send an invoice for the charges or you can fill out a credit card authorization form, fax it back to 401-454-1520 and we can establish your account usually that same day.

 

Regardless of whether or not you use a credit card for your first month's fees you have the option of being invoiced on a monthly basis or to have your charges automatically applied to a credit card and a statement being sent showing what fees were charged.
