VoiceNet Inbox

The VoiceNet Inbox is a visual representation of a users voice messages from both internal and external senders.  The Inbox is the control center of VoiceNet and allows users to send, receive, forward, delete and save message with a click of their mouse.

Distribution Lists

Depending on the users class of service they will have access to personal, system and managed distribution lists.  Personal distribution lists are just as the name implies.  They give each user the ability to create private lists that are only available within their mailbox.  System lists can be created so that everyone in your organization has access to send to these lists.  Managed lists are similar in function to Personal Lists however new users are automatically added and deleted as mailboxes are created.

Greeting Management

From the VoiceNet Inbox users have the ability to manage their personal greetings. Users can have different greetings based upon a number of criteria.  While running different campaigns they can easily change the greeting to match their current objective, whether it be selling a specific product or expanding their organization by recruiting new distributors. 

Message Property

From the VoiceNet Inbox users have the ability to view and in some cases manage their message capacity.

Notification Schedules

From the VoiceNet Inbox users have the ability to change their notification preferences.  Automatically they will be established with email notification to their desired account.  However they can add text message notification to a cell phone or automatically escalate the message to another user.

User Properties

From the VoiceNet Inbox users have the ability to change their passcode and change the language of the web interface.
