Exclusive Kicker

The exclusive kicker is available to any organization that certifies VoiceNet for your organization and agrees to only promote VoiceNet exclusively for 1, 2 or 3 years.

Any leader within an organization is available to receive a commission through this program provided they maintain at least 50 active downline distributors.  Commissions are paid only once per mailbox per month and commissions will remain with the first distributor to establish a relationship with AVC. 
 
 
Referral Partnership Commitments

Minimum Number of Leader Users 50 active users A leader must reach 50 users prior to receiving a commission.  If the number of active users falls below this level then 100% of your commission will be forfeited. In order to reinstate a commission penalty the leader must increase the number of active users to 50 or greater.
Minimum Number of Organizational Users 250 active users Your organization must reach 250 users prior to receiving a commission.  If the number of active users falls below this level then 100% of your commission will be forfeited.  If your organization is just starting and you are worried about this commitment it can be waived in special circumstances. In order to reinstate a commission penalty your organization must increase the number of active users to 250 or greater.
Quarterly Commitments Measured on a quarterly calendar basis your organization agrees to at a minimum, maintain the previous quarter's number of active users. Should your organization (or leader) fail to meet this commitment then it will forfeit 20% of the commission structure. 

For example if your organization currently is receiving a 20% commission and you fail to meet this commitment your commission will be reduced to 16% until reinstatement.

 

In order to reinstate a commission penalty your organization (or leader) must increase the number of active users to the previous quarter's number.

For example if in quarter one your organization had an average of 5,000 active users but in quarter two this number falls to 4,900.  To reinstate the lost commission you would need to increase your active users back to 5,000.

Yearly Commitments

Measured on a yearly calendar basis your organization agrees to at a minimum, increase the previous year's number of active users by 5%. Should your organization (or leader) fail to meet this commitment then it will forfeit 50% of the commission structure. 

For example if your organization currently is receiving a 20% commission and you fail to meet this commitment your commission will be reduced to 10% until reinstatement.

 

In order to reinstate a commission penalty your organization (or leader) must increase the number of active users by 5% over the previous calendar year plus  the shortfall number of users for 2 consecutive months.

For example if in year one your organization had an average of 6000 active users but in year two this number falls to 5,900.  To reinstate the lost commission you would need to increase your active users to 6,400 (6,000*1.05 + 100) for 2 consecutive calendar months.
